For a challenge, I decided to try a 10 week extreme bodyshaping class that started on July 20th. The class is 6 days a week, MWF is kickboxing cardio, TTS is bands weight training. Its called "Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping". My stats at the start:
1 mile run: 7:37
1 min pushups: 50
1 min situps : 38
Will have tests again at the 5 week and 10 week points to see how everyone has improved. I am aiming to get my bodyfat to 6-7% by the end of week 10 (Sept 26th). I will update again with my stats at 5 weeks.
